AT YUKI’S KITCHEN

Nama Harumaki are the japanese version of the beautiful Vietnamese rice paper spring rolls. “Nama” translates as raw and “harumaki” as spring rolls. They are very light and perfect in the late spring and summer months, as the days are warmer and appetites lighter.

MIZUNA NAMA HARUMAKI - Cookalong

Welcome to Grow with Yakult at Yuki’s Kitchen, we are thrilled to be running these unique Cookalongs based around five, delicious Japanese vegetables or salad leaves.

In this first session, we’ll be learning how to make Mizuna Nama Harumaki. Hopefully your seedlings will be growing into small leaves and looking healthy. If you’re not growing your own, you can source mizuna from specilialist Asian groceries or use an alternative such as rocket instead for this recipe.

Join us at 6pm on Wednesday, 9th of June 2021. Simply hit the ‘Redeem Gift Certificate’ button and use your #GROWWITHYAKULT code, to register your place.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the class guide with shopping list, recipe and notes before the class. There’ll be tips on preparation, where to buy ingredients and a class summary.

We look forward to making and enjoying these delicious Nama Harumaki rolls with you!
