AT YUKI’S KITCHEN

Katsu Curry, surely one of the most moreish Japanese dishes? In this class, we’ll make a delicious and satisfying vegetarian version of this classic dish. Normally, the Katsu is deep fried, for simplicity and for an everyday, healthier, home-cooked dish, I love this oven-baked version.

OVEN BAKED VEGETABLE KATSU CURRY

Welcome to Yuki’s Kitchen with Yakult. A survey was comissioned by Yakult this year, to see what positive new rituals have been developed by people this year. Cooking from scratch was the new ritual 29% said they wanted to keep up in 2020. I am really pleased to be partnering with Yakult to bring these classes based around popular Japanese recipes, that can be cooked from scratch.

Japanese Katsu Curry is a well known dish that is wonderfully filling and is as satisfying, as it is easy to make at home. There’ll be no need to buy in the curry sauce, as we’ll make this from scratch, in simple steps. The sauce will generously accompany the katsu, which we’ll oven bake, as a lighter version that can be eaten often, without too much mess at home.

Join us at 6pm on Wednesday, 25th November 2020. Simply hit the ‘Redeem Gift Certificate’ button and use your YAKULT2020 code, to register your place.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email, containing the class guide with shopping list, recipe and notes before the class. There’ll be tips on preparation, where to buy ingredients and a class summary.

We look forward to seeing you on the day and cooking this dish from scratch with you!
