AT YUKI’S KITCHEN

Okonomiyaki is an iconic street food of Japan and is closely associated with the Kansai region. It is served up piping hot and great, freshly made Okonomiyaki goes hand-in-hand with your choice of the best toppings.

OKONOMIYAKI COOKALONG

‘Okonomi’ means ‘What you like’ and ‘yaki’ means ‘cooked’. In Japan, the cooking action takes place on a hotplate. The sizzle and aromas draw in customers to the street stalls and eateries selling it in cities like Hiroshima.

In this cook along, we’ll cook a great, simple version of this dish from scratch. The recipe is for a vegetaraian option, but you can vary this depending on the toppings you choose.

Join us at 6pm on Wednesday, 31st March 2021. Simply hit the ‘Redeem Gift Certificate’ button and use your YAKULT2021 code, to register your place.
